认罪认罚从宽制度试点工作已近一年,试点各地积极有效推行,起到了良好效果,比如提高司法效率、节约诉讼资源,更进一步保障人权、维护社会稳定。然而各试点推进程度不一,在实践中也存在配套不足、减负不够、把握不准等问题。针对这些问题,本文结合实际工作提出了相关建议,以期对今后认罪认罚从宽制度的推行工作有所裨益。 Confession and Punishment Penalty nearly a year after the pilot project of the system of broad scope was implemented. The pilot projects have been actively and effectively implemented throughout the country and have achieved good results, such as improving judicial efficiency, saving litigation resources, further safeguarding human rights and safeguarding social stability. However, all the pilot projects have varying degrees of promotion. In practice, there are also problems such as inadequate support, insufficient relief, and uncertainties. In response to these problems, this paper puts forward some suggestions based on the practical work, with a view to the future benefit of the system of guilty plea.
