采用微波消解法消解样品,用火焰原子吸收分光光度法(FAAS)测定穿心莲中的微量元素镁;探讨了微波消解预处理的条件,优化了FAAS测定参数。结果表明,该法具有良好的准确度和精密度,加标回收率在92.5%~112.5%范围内,相对标准偏差(RSD)=1.98%,线性范围在0.2~1.0μg/ml之间,为研究金属元素在穿心莲中的含量与药用功能提供数据。
The samples were digested by microwave digestion and the trace elemental magnesium in Andrographis paniculata was determined by flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry (FAAS). The conditions of microwave digestion pretreatment and the parameters of FAAS were optimized. The results showed that the method has good accuracy and precision. The recoveries of spiked samples ranged from 92.5% to 112.5% with a relative standard deviation (RSD) of 1.98% and a linear range of 0.2-1.0 μg / ml To study the content of metal elements in Andrographis paniculata and medicinal functions to provide data.
