在体育医疗实践中常见到运动员主诉膝部疼痛。但膝部真正有伤病的情况并不多见。最常见的是膝部过度疲劳问题。仔细检查表明,这种病痛大部分是可以防止的,因此,每个运动员应采取预防膝关节受伤的措施。首先穿适当的衣物防止膝关节过凉是非常重要的。举重鞋的后跟不应太高,否则会使膝关节负担过重。平时穿的鞋,鞋后跟也不宜太高,这样使体重前移,对膝关节不利。
It is common for athletes to complain of knee pain in sports practice. However, the actual knee injuries are rare. The most common is the knee fatigue problem. Careful examination shows that most of the pain can be prevented, therefore, each athlete should take measures to prevent knee injuries. It is important to wear proper clothing to prevent the knee from overheating first. Lifting weight heel should not be too high, otherwise it will overburden the knee. Usually wear shoes, heel should not too high, so that the weight forward, adverse to the knee.
