本文在回顾消极角色外行为研究文献的基础上,阐述了我国员工消极角色外行为的主要表现及其产生的根源,提出了通过在招聘中引入人格测试、合理规划员工职业生涯、建立顺畅的沟通体系来防控员工消极角色外行为发生的措施。
On the basis of reviewing the research literature on negative role outsiders, this paper expounds the main behavior of negative role outside our staff and the causes of the negative behavior. Based on the introduction of personality test in recruiting, the paper reasonably plans employee career and establishes smooth communication System to prevent and control staff negative behavior outside the behavior of the measures.
