本文主要介绍了地埋塑料软管灌溉系统的组成及试验研究和应用情况。地埋塑料软管灌溉系统是一种适用于农用机井或小型泵站的新型低压输水灌溉系统。它由水泵、进水装置、管道、放水阀、逆止阀等组成。管道由聚乙烯塑料软管和经过施工工艺处理形成的土洞组成。土洞可承受外荷载,并帮助软管承受内水压力,使地理塑料软管的爆破压力较地面软管提高1～1.75倍。本文还介绍了自闭式球形阀,该阀制造简单,一阀多用,价格便宜。大范围试验表明:该系统与地面土渠相比,具有节水38.8%、节能32.2%、节约耕地1.86%(占灌溉面积)、一次性投资小(系统成本每米1.38元)、施工工艺简单,以及便于推广等优点。
This article mainly introduces the composition, experimental research and application of buried plastic hose irrigation system. Buried plastic hose irrigation system is a new type of low pressure water delivery irrigation system suitable for agricultural wells or small pumping stations.
