和谐师生关系的基础是了解学生,因为学生是有差异的,只有关注学生差异,满足学生差异发展需求,在课堂中实施差异教学,体现以学生发展为本的理念,才能真正落实和谐的师生关系。虹口区承担了教育部“在现代信息技术环境下学生个性化学习方式”的项目研究,即“电子书包”项目。四平中学是第一批试点学校,我任教的年级正好参与试点,我和学生每人都有一台专用的笔记本电脑,学校也架构好了电子平台。有了这些新技术和硬件后,作为第一批试点教师,我要思考的是,电子书包在课堂中
