随着社会的高速发展,科技开始运用到人们生活的每个方面,同时,以人为本的理念也开始在所有的服务性行业开始盛行。读书馆也是为了服务大众而产生的,不论是高校读书馆还是城市读书馆,随着时代的进步,藏书量和服务人群都将越来越多,所以摒弃老式的读书馆管理方式,加强人本管理是首要解决的问题。现代化图书馆的人本管理包含两方面内容:一是作为服务主体的管理模式,二是满足读者的实际使用需求。本文主要重点讲解下目前读书馆在人本管理这一创新模式环境在应用分析,希望通过本文的观点对今后的读书馆管理给出自己的一点见解,并为我国读书馆更加良好的发展态势贡献自己的绵薄之力。
