到基层走访,发现有的领导喜欢在自己职权范围内应该解决却没有解决好的一些问题前加个“老”字。为何要加个“老”字呢?究其原因主要有两点:一、有些领导对一些问题没有解决和处理好,加个“老”字可以夸大问题原有的难度和深度,借以掩盖自己领导水平欠佳,工作方法不当。二、有的领导对一些能办而且必须解决的问题没有及时解决,说成“老”问题,表明问题是出在前任手上或别人身上,以推卸自己分内的责任。 Visited the grass-roots units and found that some leaders like to add an “old” word before solving some problems that should be solved in their own fields of responsibility.
