随着素质教育的推进和新课程改革的实施，在高校的管理队伍专业化建设工作中，积极提高高校管理队伍的专业化水平，更好地为高校的发展服务，为学生的发展服务，是现阶段高校正在探索的一个重要问题。因此加强我国高校的管理队伍的建设具有十分重要的意义。目前大多高校由于观念落后以及现有条件的影响和制约，管理队伍的专业化建设并不完善。本文主要分析现阶段我国高校管理队伍的专业化建设的必要性，以及如何提高我国高校管理队伍的专业化水平。“,”Along with the implementation of quality-oriented education and the new curriculum reform, in the professional management team construction work, and actively improve the professional level of management team, better services for the development of colleges and universities, services for the development of students, is an important problem in present universities.
