测定了“灭多威”对桑蚕的触杀毒力，半致死浓度ＬＤ５０＝３９６．６８９９ｍｇ／Ｌ；毒力回归方程ｙ＝－９．９８３５２８＋５．７６６３１１ｘ；相关系数ｒ＝０．９８７０３０。“灭多威”对桑蚕的残毒期为５～７ｄ，田间喷药７ｄ后采叶喂蚕对养蚕成绩无显符影响。
The contact toxicity of “methomyl” to silkworm was determined. The LD50 was 396.6899 mg / L. The virulence regression equation was y = -9.983528 + 5.766311x. The correlation coefficient was 0.987030. “Methomyl” on the silkworm residues of 5 to 7d, field spraying 7d after the leaves of silkworm sericulture results no significant impact.
