本文通过对自我效能、教师自我效能、职业倦怠、教师职业倦怠等概念内涵的阐释,揭示两者之间存在的必然联系,并提出一些提高自我效能、避免职业倦怠的方法,旨在帮助广大教师了解自己在职场中的现实状况,及时调整自己,更好地适应工作、适应社会。
Through the explanation of the connotations such as self-efficacy, teacher’s self-efficacy, job burnout and teacher burnout, this article reveals the necessary relationship between the two and proposes some ways to improve self-efficacy and avoid job burnout. Understand their own reality in the workplace, adjust themselves in a timely manner, to better adapt to work and adapt to society.
