Food processing produces a lot of fumes and steam, if not discharged in time, have an impact on cooking operations and staff health. Sometimes the mist condenses and drips on the food, impeding health. If the building is not properly laid out, these gases will also flow to restaurants or other rooms. Therefore, choosing an appropriate exhaust system is an important issue in kitchen design. Commonly used kitchen exhaust systems generally have three types: natural exhaust, semi-mechanical exhaust, and mechanical exhaust. First, the natural exhaust - mainly use the skylight exhaust.
