目的探讨TCF7L2基因rs290487C/T多态性与新疆维吾尔族、汉族2型糖尿病的关系。方法使用微测序法对新疆汉族242例(患者116例,对照126例)和维吾尔族234例(患者96例,对照138例)TCF7L2基因rs290487C/T多态性进行分析。同时进行生理生化指标的测定。结果维吾尔族糖尿病组BMI(P=0.000)、TG(P=0.000)、TC(P=0.013)高于对照组,HDL-C低于对照组(P=0.001)。汉族和维吾尔族正常人群TCF7L2基因rs290487位点基因型频率和等位基因频率均存在统计学差异(P=0.000)。汉族和维吾尔族糖尿病组和对照组TCF7L2基因rs290487位点基因型频率和等位基因频率分布均无统计学差异(P>0.05)。维吾尔族糖尿病组和对照组中,携带CC基因型个体BMI显著低于携带CT+TT基因型个体(P=0.026,P=0.002)。结论TCF7L2基因rs290487位点多态性存在种族和民族差异。TCF7L2基因rs290487位点多态性与新疆汉族和维吾尔族2型糖尿病无相关性,但与BMI相关。
Objective To investigate the relationship between rs290487C / T polymorphism of TCF7L2 gene and type 2 diabetes in Uigur and Han Chinese in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region. Methods The genotypes of rs290487C / T polymorphism of TCF7L2 gene in 242 Han Xinjiang patients (116 patients and 126 controls) and 234 Uygur patients (96 patients and 138 controls) were analyzed by micro-sequencing. At the same time the determination of physiological and biochemical indicators. Results The BMI (P = 0.000), TG (P = 0.000), TC (P = 0.013) in the Uygur diabetic group were higher than those in the control group and HDL-C was lower than that in the control group (P = 0.001). The genotype frequency and allele frequency of TCF7L2 rs290487 in Han and Uygur nationality normal population were significantly different (P = 0.000). There was no significant difference in genotype frequency and allele frequency distribution between TCF7L2 gene rs290487 locus in Han and Uigur diabetic patients and controls (P> 0.05). In Uygur diabetic group and control group, the BMI of individuals with CC genotype was significantly lower than that of individuals with CT + TT genotype (P = 0.026, P = 0.002). Conclusion Polymorphism of rs290487 locus in TCF7L2 gene has ethnic and ethnic differences. The rs290487 polymorphism of TCF7L2 gene was not associated with type 2 diabetes in Han and Uygur Xinjiang, but was related to BMI.
