我院1959~1973年共收治高原缺氧性昏迷患者53例,其中48例经当地卫生所及时抢救,并随着下送低海拔地区逐渐清醒,余5例入院后仍处于昏迷状态。此5例中,仅1例在3,600米,4例均在4,700~4,900米高度发生昏迷;3例初从内地来高原,2例原在2,801米处居住1~2年后,再到更高地区发病。此5例在昏迷前,均有不同程度的前驱症状,经过1~5天后,症状加重而进入昏迷状态。现将其中有代表性的3例的抢救情况报告如下: 病历摘要例1:文××,男,28岁,干部。因头痛3天,
In our hospital from 1959 to 1973 a total of 53 cases of plateau hypoxemic coma were treated, of which 48 cases were promptly rescued by local health clinics, and gradually sent to lower altitude areas, and the remaining 5 patients were still unconscious after admission. Of the 5 cases, only 1 case was at 3,600 meters and 4 cases were comatose at 4,700-4,900 meters. Three cases initially came from the hinterland to the plateau, two cases were originally living at 2,801 meters for one to two years and then to a higher level Regional onset. The 5 cases before the coma, have varying degrees of prodromal symptoms, after 1 to 5 days, the symptoms worsened into a coma.
