针对我国火焰加工方面形成的单一能源结构方式,选用丙烷、丙烯、液化石油气、乙炔等四种燃气进行了基本特性比较和热切割、火焰校正等加工性能的对比试验。并根据各种燃气燃烧特性的不同,选择了合理优质工具。对每种燃气的经济性和社会效益进行了分析,指出将丙烷用于上述火焰加工具有突出的经济性、安全性及较高的质量保证。
Aiming at the single energy structure mode formed by flame processing in our country, four kinds of gas such as propane, propylene, liquefied petroleum gas and acetylene were chosen for the comparison of the basic characteristics and the comparative tests on the processing performance such as thermal cutting and flame correction. And according to the different combustion characteristics of gas, choose a reasonable high-quality tools. The economic and social benefits of each gas are analyzed and it is pointed out that propane is used for the above flaming process with outstanding economy, safety and high quality assurance.
