论师范生地理课堂教学行为优化策略

课堂教学是教学活动的主要形式,是中小学教育活动的基本构成部分。因此,课堂教学是形成教学质量,达成教育目标的主要途径。新的课程理念呼唤教师课堂教学行为的变革。本文研究师范生地理教学实习中的课堂教学行为,对师范生实习中地理课堂主要教学行为进行观察分析,针对存在的问题,提出了规范、优化地理“准教师”课堂教学行为若干策略。 Classroom teaching is the main form of teaching activities, is an essential part of primary and secondary education activities. Therefore, classroom teaching is the main way to form the teaching quality and achieve the education goal. The new curriculum concept calls for changes in teachers’ classroom teaching behavior. This paper studies the classroom teaching behavior of the normal students in geography teaching practice, observes and analyzes the main teaching behaviors in the geography class of normal students’ practice, and puts forward some strategies to regulate and optimize the geography “quasi-teachers ” classroom teaching behavior according to the existing problems.
