慢性咽炎系五官科常见病,但慢性咽炎致经常反复咯血达1年且误诊为支气管扩张者较少见。我们在1993年即遇到过1例,现报告如下。1 临床资料 患者袁××,男,64岁,农民。因“咳痰、喘5年,痰中带血丝3个月”于1993年3月27日下午2时入我院疗养。入院查体:一般情况尚好,营养、发育均正常。皮肤、粘膜无异常。桶状胸,叩诊鼓音,听诊双肺呼吸音粗糙,无干湿性罗音。心界不大,律齐,无瓣膜杂音。腹部及四肢无异常。辅助检查:胸透示双肺纹 Chronic pharyngitis is a common disease of ENT, but chronic pharyngitis is often caused by repeated bloody pharynx for 1 year and is misdiagnosed as bronchiectasis less common.
