目的观察不同温度下白纹伊蚊各虫期的发育情况。方法在温度为10、15、20、25、30、35℃和40℃的条件下,观察实验室饲养的白纹伊蚊卵期、幼虫、蛹期和生殖营养周期变化情况,比较不同温度下全发育时期之间的区别。结果白纹伊蚊在10℃时各虫期均不能发育;在15、20、25、30、35℃和40℃下其孵化率分别为0、32%、82%、83%、82%和59%;蛹化率分别为38%、53%、84%、88%、72%和42%;羽化率分别为92%、95%、97%、97%、83%和17%;在20、25、30℃和35℃下全代发育时间分别为37.73、18.50、16.92 d和13.66 d。结论白纹伊蚊的发育周期随着温度升高而缩短,最适宜发育温度为25~30℃,温度过高和过低均对蚊虫发育起到抑制作用。
Objective To observe the development of Aedes albopictus at various stages of the disease at different temperatures. Methods The changes of egg, larva, pupal and reproductive cycle of Aedes albopictus were observed under the conditions of 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35 ℃ and 40 ℃, The difference between the full developmental period. Results Aedes albopictus did not develop at all stages of the infection at 10 ℃. The hatching rates were 0, 32, 82, 83 and 82% at 15, 20, 25, 30, 35 and 40 ℃, respectively 59%, respectively. The pupal rates were 38%, 53%, 84%, 88%, 72% and 42%, respectively. The emergence rates were 92%, 95%, 97%, 97%, 83% and 17% , 25,30 ℃ and 35 ℃, the whole generation development time was 37.73,18.50,16.92 d and 13.66 d respectively. Conclusion The developmental cycle of Ae. Albopictus is shortened with the increase of temperature. The most suitable developmental temperature is 25-30 ℃. Both over-temperature and over-temperature can inhibit mosquito development.
