由于数字电液阀具有各种优点,所以一直引起人们的注意。例如,这些阀可以直接与大型计算机连接,对负载变化不敏感,并且与一般阀相比,受摩擦、磁滞等非线性影响较小。现在已有可能把微处理机作为数字阀的组成部分,其优点在于:降低数字阀的成本,提高可靠性,并给系统带来许多必要的特性,例如:计算和编程功能。本文介绍了微处理机控制的数字流量控制阀的结构和性能。所得的实验结果表明,这种新型阀在许多工业领域的应用中具有很大的潜力。
As the digital electro-hydraulic valve has various advantages, it has drawn people’s attention. For example, these valves can be connected directly to mainframes and are insensitive to load variations and less susceptible to non-linearities such as friction and hysteresis than conventional valves. It is now possible to use a microprocessor as part of a digital valve with the advantage of reducing the cost of the digital valve, increasing reliability and giving the system many necessary features such as calculation and programming functions. This article describes the structure and performance of a microprocessor-controlled digital flow control valve. The experimental results obtained show that this new valve has great potential in many industrial applications.
