目的:提高完善参苓健体散的质量标准。方法:采用薄层色谱法对方中白术、甘草进行定性鉴别;采用高效液相色谱法测定甘草中甘草苷含量,色谱柱为Diamosil C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相乙腈-0.5%冰醋酸(10∶90),流速1.0mL.min-1,检测波长276 nm。结果:薄层色谱鉴别专属性强,重复性良好。甘草苷在0.037 08~0.370 8μg有良好的线性关系(r=0.999 8)。平均回收率为101.6%,RSD 1.9%(n=6)。结论:本方法简便、可靠、准确,可用于参苓健体散的质量控制。
Objective: To improve and perfect the quality standard of Shen Ling Jian San San. Methods: Atractylodes macrocephala and Glycyrrhiza uralensis were identified by TLC. The content of glycyrrhizin in Radix Glycyrrhizae was determined by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) with Diamosil C18 (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm), mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.5% Glacial acetic acid (10:90), flow rate 1.0mL.min-1, detection wavelength 276 nm. Results: Thin layer chromatography identification of strong specificity, good repeatability. Glycyrrhizin had a good linear relationship between 0.037 08 and 0.370 8 μg (r = 0.999 8). The average recovery was 101.6% with a RSD of 1.9% (n = 6). Conclusion: The method is simple, reliable and accurate and can be used for quality control of Shen Ling San San San.
