中国消费者对实际价格知之甚少,这点令人惊奇,但是他们知道哪里能买到最实惠的商品。把握消费者对价格的感知对所有零售商都至关重要,但在华的外资卖场却表现差强人意,它们的利润正在流失。事实证明,针对能够左右消费者价格感知的产品或种类,进行有目的的投资,从而驾驭价格,是一种有效竞争手段。
It is surprising that Chinese consumers know little about actual prices, but they know where they can buy the most affordable products. Grasping consumer perceptions of prices is crucial to all retailers, but foreign-invested stores in China are performing poorly and their profits are losing. Facts have proved that targeted at the product or type that can affect the consumer price perception, making targeted investments, so as to control the price, is an effective means of competition.
