将福建生产的银耳耳基粉碎之后加水蒸煮。离心之后上清液浓缩,乙醇沉析之后得银耳多糖粗品。粗品经脱蛋白之后得银耳多糖TP,TP为一含有蛋白的多糖。TP经DEAE-Sephadex A-25离子交换柱层柱得银耳多糖纯品TP-1。 TP及TP-1水解后经洒石酸铜法检验证明均有原糖。TP经Folin-酚试验.紫四外光谱分析,氨基酸分析证明含有蛋白质。TP-1经超速离心分析证明为一均一的物质。 用TP及TP-1对瑞士种小白鼠进行碳粒廓淸作用试验,两者均能增强小鼠的碳粒
After the crushed ear of white fungus produced in Fujian, it was cooked with water. After centrifugation, the supernatant was concentrated, and after ethanol precipitation, the crude Tremella polysaccharide was obtained. The crude product was deproteinized to obtain the Tremella Polysaccharide TP which is a polysaccharide containing protein. TP was purified by DEAE-Sephadex A-25 column chromatography to obtain Tremella Polysaccharide pure product TP-1. After the hydrolysis of TP and TP-1, it was verified by the copper tartrate method that there was raw sugar. TP was subjected to Folin-phenol test. Violet tetrad analysis, amino acid analysis confirmed that it contained protein. TP-1 proved to be a homogeneous material by ultracentrifuge analysis. A carbon-enriched cocoon test was performed on Swiss mice using TP and TP-1, both of which enhanced the mice’s carbon particles.
