遵循"K-A-P(知识-态度-行为)"模型,对随机抽样的北京东城居民1095名进行营养知识、态度、行为的问卷调查。结果表明文化程度低及家庭主妇的营养知识得分最低。调查中,78%的居民依据自己口味爱好和生活习惯来选择食品。仅有36%~42%的居民采取措施预防高血压、冠心病。但93%以上的居民希望获得更多的营养科学知识。以上结果为今后开展健康教育、指导合理膳食、预防慢性病指出了重点人群、基本方法和内容。还对当前居民膳食结论及问卷中的K-A-P之间相互关系进行了讨论。
Following the “K-A-P (Knowledge-Attitudes-Behavioral)” model, a questionnaire survey on nutrition knowledge, attitude and behavior among 1095 randomly selected Beijing Dongcheng residents was conducted. The results showed that the educational level was low and housewives had the lowest nutrition knowledge scores. In the survey, 78% of residents chose food according to their tastes and habits. Only 36% to 42% of residents to take measures to prevent high blood pressure, coronary heart disease. But more than 93% of residents hope to gain more nutrition science knowledge. The above results point out the key population, basic methods and contents for future health education, guiding a reasonable diet and preventing chronic diseases. The current residents’ diet conclusions and the K-A-P relationship in the questionnaire were also discussed.
