新的《女职工劳动保护特别条例》现已颁布实施,但在劳动方面对其特殊权益的法律保障,还存在着执法不严、监察不力等方面的问题。由于女职工存在种种生理、历史、社会以及自身的特殊原因,使得女职工的劳动保护受到各种影响,存在许多问题。本文就当前女职工劳动保护存在的问题进行了分析研究,提出了相关解决对策,以保障女职工的应有权益。
The new “Special Regulations on Labor Protection for Female Employees” have been promulgated and implemented. However, there are still some problems concerning the legal protection of their special rights and interests in labor as well as lax enforcement and poor supervision. Due to the existence of various physiological, historical, social and own special reasons for female workers, labor protection of women workers is affected in various ways and there are many problems. This paper analyzes the current problems of labor protection for female employees and puts forward some countermeasures to protect the rights and interests of female workers.
