传统中医药文化提倡因时、因地、因人“三因”制宜的食疗养生原则,内容广泛、体系完整、方法具体,是中华民族优秀传统文化的重要组成部分。延安时期,中国共产党人重视药物与食物结合,达到防病治病目的,创新发展了传统中医药文化,部分解决了陕甘宁边区医药匮乏的难题,丰富和发展了中华民族优秀传统文化的精华,对于新时期的医疗卫生工作也不乏启迪。
The traditional Chinese medicine culture advocates the principle of diet and health according to the time, the place and the reason of the people, and has a wide range of contents, a complete system and specific methods. It is an important part of the excellent Chinese traditional culture.
