本文分析了刀具前角及后角变化时对切削动特性的影响,建立了相应的非线性理论模型,并采用计算机数字仿真方法揭示了刀具前角和后角的变化对切削稳定性影响规律。基于理论分析,本文提出了一种新的抑制颤振方法。设计制造了在线调整刀具前角和后角的装置,并在车床上进行控制试验。试验表明:该方法抑振效果明显,理论分析与试验结果能较好吻合
In this paper, the influence of the tool rake angle and the relief angle on the cutting dynamic characteristics is analyzed. The corresponding nonlinear theoretical model is established. The influence of the tool rake angle and relief angle on the cutting stability is revealed by computer numerical simulation. Based on the theoretical analysis, this paper presents a new method of suppressing chatter. Design and manufacture of online adjustment of tool rake and angle of the device, and in the lathe control test. Experiments show that the method has obvious anti-vibration effect, and the theoretical analysis and experimental results can be well matched
