企业共青团组织要关注青年生存状况,服务青年成长成才,开发青年人力资源,树立以人为本的科学发展观,促进青年的全面发展。企业共青团要大力推进企业青年人力资源开发,更好地团结动员企业广大团员青年为实现十七大提出的奋斗目标贡献力量,就必须贯彻科学发展观,始终保持与时俱进的精神状态,不断推进青年人力资源管理理论创新、组织创新和工作机制创新,努力培养造就顺应时代发展,具有开拓创新能力的宏大人才的青年人才队伍,开创企业共青团青年人才资源开发的新局面,为企业共青团工作的可持续全面发展奠定坚实的组织基础。
The Communist Youth League of enterprises should pay attention to the living condition of the youth, serve the youth’s growth and development, develop the human resources of the youth and establish a people-oriented scientific concept of development so as to promote the all-round development of the youth. The Communist Youth League of enterprises should vigorously promote the development of young human resources of enterprises and better unite and mobilize the youth members of enterprises to make greater contributions to the goal set forth in the 17th CPC National Congress. They must implement the scientific concept of development and maintain the spirit of keeping pace with the times. Promote the theoretical innovation, organizational innovation and working mechanism innovation of the human resources management of young people and strive to cultivate a contingent of young talents who will bring along the great development of the times and the pioneering and innovative talents, and create a new situation in the development of youth talents for the enterprises of the Communist Youth League, so as to work for the CYL Sustainable and comprehensive development to lay a solid organizational foundation.
