一个幼儿园的教研工作成效如何,园长对此项工作的领导是至关重要的。在幼儿园经常有这种情况,园长为了提高保教质量,想方设法提高教师的业务水平,哪里有学习机会,园长就把教师派到哪里去学习。结果是教师的业务水平虽有提高,而本园的保教质量依然故我。这是什么原因呢?其中很重要的一点就是园领导不善于运用骨干教师的力量,抓好教研工作。因此,园长必须要正确认识园内开展教研工作的重要意义。 教研工作是全园业务管理工作中不可少的一部分。《幼儿园工作规程》中第五十五条明确规定:
