时代对人才素质提出越来越高的要求,未来世界的主人不仅需要学会竞争,更应学会合作。北京市西城区教研中心幼儿教研室的老师们抓住这一主题,为促进幼儿社会性发展,确立了“萌发幼儿爱集体情感”的课题,并以曙光幼儿园为实验基地进行了数年研究。她们的课题被定为北京市教育科学“八五”重点课题,于1995年10月顺利完成。 她们从萌发幼儿爱集体情感的目标、原则、方法和途径入手,总结了大量的工作经验,以下发表的是其中一部分。愿这集体智慧的结晶,带给广大读者以深刻的启迪。
The era of higher and higher quality personnel requirements, the future world’s masters not only need to learn to compete, but should learn to cooperate. In order to promote the social development of infants, teachers of preschool teaching and research institutes in Xicheng District of Beijing have seized the theme of “Grouting Children’s Collective Emotion” and conducted several years of research with Dawn Kindergarten as an experimental base. Their subject was designated as the “Eighth Five-Year Plan” key issue of Beijing Education Science and was successfully completed in October 1995. Starting from the goals, principles, methods and approaches of nurturing young children’s collective feelings, they summed up a great deal of work experience. The following are some of them published. May this crystallization of collective wisdom, bring readers a profound enlightenment.
