研究了锡的物理机械性能对晶体抛光质量的影响,揭示了锡的硬度在20-60℃范围内具有明显的感温特性及不同的容纳磨料嵌入的能力.使用锡盘抛光时切向力较大.因此,当抛光条件变差时易产生抛光切向振动,破坏抛光质量及面型精度.
The influence of the physical and mechanical properties of tin on the quality of the crystal was studied. The results show that the hardness of tin has obvious temperature-sensitive properties in the range of 20-60 ℃ and different abilities of embedding abrasive. Tilting force is larger when using tinplate polishing. Therefore, it is easy to produce polishing tangential vibration when polishing conditions deteriorate, and the polishing quality and surface accuracy are deteriorated.
