目的:观察天麻藤玉丸治疗高血压早期肾损害的临床疗效.方法:将120例本病患者随机分为对照组和治疗组各60例,对照组采用盐酸贝那普利治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上予天麻藤玉丸治疗.治疗12周后观察比较两组血压、中医证候、肾功能指标的变化.结果:治疗后两组血压均降低(P＜0.05),治疗组治疗后血压低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).治疗组降压疗效、中医证候疗效均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).两组治疗后中医证候总积分均较治疗前降低(P＜0.05),且治疗组治疗后总积分低于对照组(P＜0.05).两组治疗后血Cys C、β2-MG和尿mAlb均较治疗前降低(P,＜0.05);治疗组治疗后血SCr较治疗前降低(P＜0.05);治疗后组间比较,治疗组血Cys C、β2-MG和尿mAlb均低于对照组(P＜0.05).结论:天麻藤玉丸治疗高血压早期肾损害阴虚阳亢证有较好的疗效.“,”Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Tianma Tengyu Wan (天麻藤玉丸,TMTYW) on early renal damage of essential hypertension.Methods:The 120 patients with early renal damage of essential hypertension were randomly assigned to two groups,60 patients in each group.Both groups on the basis of conventional treatment,the control group was given the Benazepril Hydrochloride Tablets,and then the treatment group added TMTYW,12 weeks as a treatment course.The change of blood pressure,the clinical symptoms,renal function indicators were observed before and after treatment.Results:The blood pressure of the two groups both decreased (P＜0.05),while the blood pressure of the treatment group was lower than the control group (P＜0.05).The effects of blood pressure and syndrome of treatment group were better than the control group (P＜0.05).The TCM syndrome scores of the two groups after treatment decreased,and the treatment group was lower than that of the control group (P＜0.05).The blood Cys C,β2-MG and urine mAlb in the two groups were lower than those before treatment (P＜0.05).The blood SCr in treatment group was lower than that before treatment (P＜0.05);after treatment,the blood Cys C,β2-MG and urine mAlb in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group (P＜0.05).Conclusions:TMTYW has good effect on early renal damage of essential hypertension.
