为了给领导决策提供资料,对NASA研制的型号进行可靠性评估是不可缺少的。虽然用了多年的时间,作了很大的努力使记分方法标准化,但是还没有获得比较满意的方法。对于火箭发动机,广泛地采用由劳埃德(Lloyd)与李波(Lipow)提出的用来估计静态点火试验的技术。但是由于该系统的缺点又要求NASA研究更好的技术。最有希望的方法:一是用试验目的作为一种判据;二是将各种性能参数数据与规定的限值相符合的概率进行比较;三是对过应力的试验结果作特殊的处理。
In order to provide leadership decision-making data, the reliability evaluation of NASA-developed models is indispensable. Although it took many years, great efforts have been made to standardize the scoring method, but no satisfactory method has been obtained yet. For rocket motors, the techniques proposed by Lloyd and Lipow for estimating static ignition tests are widely used. However, due to the shortcomings of the system, NASA is required to study better technologies. The most promising method: one is to use the purpose of the test as a criterion; the other is to compare the probabilities that various performance parameter data are in accordance with the specified limits; and the third is to make special treatment for the test results of over-stress.
