随着高校后勤社会化改革,学校后勤与学校完全剥离,西华师范大学幼儿园作为重要的后勤实体也随之走上了自主经营、自负盈亏的社会化改革之路。随着高校后勤社会化改革的深入开展,面对众多深层次的矛盾和问题,怎样建立健全一套完整的管理运行机制,完善基础设施建设,打造高素质的教师团队,如何发掘高校幼儿园管理与发展的新机制、新方法,实现幼儿园全面协调可持续发展,作为高校幼儿园管理者,作者作了思考和探索。
