工业上需要很多能承受高压的小直徑容器,这些容器一般都采用焊接法制造。现在根据生产經驗,介紹两种小直徑高压容器的焊接方法。一、杆式焊头的自动焊接杆式焊头自动焊接就是在自动焊設备上,加装送絲送剂杆,与熔剂层下自动焊一样,可进行筒体內部的纵縫和环縫焊接。其設备外形和操作情况見图1、2。(1) 机头:由SPK-600型半自动焊机改装,将其安装在装有四个小輪的架子上,但无行走机构,这样和旋轉胎架配合,就可进行简体的环縫焊接。当焊接筒体的纵縫时,可用TC-17M自动焊机机头牵引。(2) 压縮空气干燥器:其作用为保証焊剂的一定干燥程度,以防止压縮空气內所含的水分使焊剂受潮,
