半刚性基层材料以其高强度、低成本、广原材等优点,在我国高速公路基层建设中得到了广泛应用,收缩开裂是在应用过程中遇到的主要问题。损坏的路面导致修复工作加重,这样不仅在很大程度上影响了路面的使用寿命,而且也加大了国家对路面的投入成本。针对半刚性基层收缩开裂问题,从影响因素、配合比设计以及防治措施等方面进行了研究,为今后的路面工程应用提供借鉴。
Semi-rigid base material has been widely used in the construction of expressway grass-roots in China because of its advantages of high strength, low cost and wide raw material. Shrinkage cracking is the main problem encountered in the application process. Damage to the road lead to increased repair work, so not only greatly affect the service life of the road, but also increase the national input costs on the road. According to the problem of shrinkage and cracking of semi-rigid base, the paper makes a research on influential factors, mix design and control measures, which can provide reference for the future application of pavement engineering.
