目的:探讨前列腺组织中CD44 蛋白表达的意义。方法:应用免疫组化的方法检测了38 例前列腺癌、20 例前列腺增生及10 例正常前列腺组织中CD44 蛋白的表达。结果:在标准型CD44s 中,前列腺增生及正常人前列腺切片上表现为均匀一致的细胞膜强阳性染色,而前列腺癌组织中阳性9 例,阴性29 例;前者与后者比较差异有显著性( P< 0 .01) 。D 期前列腺癌的蛋白表达明显下调,与无转移的前列腺癌间有统计学差异性( P< 0 .05) 。结论:前列腺癌组织中CD44s 蛋白表达呈明显下调可作为转移的参考指标
Objective: To investigate the significance of CD44 protein expression in prostate tissue. Methods: The expressions of CD44 protein in 38 cases of prostate cancer, 20 cases of benign prostatic hyperplasia and 10 cases of normal prostatic tissue were detected by immunohistochemistry. Results: In standard CD44s, benign prostatic hyperplasia and normal prostatic sections showed a strong positive cell membrane staining, whereas in prostate cancer tissues, 9 cases were positive and 29 cases were negative. The former was significantly different from the latter (P <0 .01). The protein expression of stage D prostate cancer was significantly down-regulated, with no difference between metastatic prostate cancer (P <0 .05). Conclusion: The down-regulation of CD44s protein expression in prostate cancer can be used as a reference for metastasis
