本文综述了高强度高导电性铜合金的研究现状,并对其进一步发展作了展望。指出,自生复合材料由于充分利用了铜基体的高导电性和第二相的强化作用,同时又避免了人工复合材料中相界面处的润湿及化学反应等问题,因而在制备高强度高导电性铜材料方面具有广阔的应用前景。
This review summarizes the research status of high strength and high conductivity copper alloy and prospects its further development. It is pointed out that due to taking full advantage of the high conductivity of the copper matrix and the strengthening effect of the second phase, the self-forming composite material avoids the problems of wetting and chemical reaction at the phase interface of the artificial composite material, Copper material has broad application prospects.
