四季佳蔬良药——韭菜

非菜属于百合科多年生宿根植物,是我国的古老蔬菜,其栽培历史至少有三千多年。如今,韭菜栽培已遍及我国大江南北,历代皆有名人对韭菜进行赞颂。唐代诗人杜甫说:“夜雨剪新韭,新烦间黄梁。”宋代诗人苏东坡说:“渐觉东风料峭寒,青蒿黄韭试春盘。”元代诗人许有壬在《韭花》诗中赞日:“气较荤蔬媚,功于肉食多。浓香跨姜桂,余味及瓜茄。”可见,韭菜食用早已闻名于世。
