目的:研究生附子提取物对阿霉素诱导心功能不全小鼠心脏形态的影响。方法:腹腔注射阿霉素致小鼠心功能不全,口服给药7天,放血处死动物,取心脏,常规石蜡切片,HE、PAS糖原染色,光学显微镜下观察,图像分析软件Image-pro plus 7.0分析。结果:10g/kg、5g/kg、2.5g/kg给药组心肌瘀血情况较模型组有显著缓解,10g/kg、5g/kg给药组心肌水肿及能量供应障碍较模型组有明显缓解,但心肌波浪样变性改变未见明显改善。结论:生附子提取物对阿霉素所致心肌瘀血、水肿及能量供应障碍有改善作用。
Objective: To study the effect of the extract of aconite on cardiac morphology in adriamycin-induced cardiac dysfunction mice. Methods: The mice were given intraperitoneal injection of doxorubicin for heart failure. After oral administration for 7 days, the animals were sacrificed by exsanguination. The hearts were harvested and paraffin sections were stained with HE and PAS glycogen for visualization under light microscope. The image analysis software Image-pro plus 7.0 Analysis. Results: Compared with the model group, 10g / kg, 5g / kg and 2.5g / kg administration groups significantly reduced the myocardial blood stasis. The myocardial edema and energy supply disturbance in 10g / kg, 5g / kg group were significantly relieved , But no significant improvement in myocardial wave-like changes. Conclusion: The extract of raw aconite on doxorubicin-induced myocardial blood stasis, edema and improve energy supply disorders.
