近年来饮食安全问题越来越突出,食物中毒事件时有发生,各种食物添加剂的使用等成为饮食安全问题的隐患。随着卫生监督技术的引入与完善,情况有所改观。本文总结我部开展卫生监督工作的做法与经验,查找存在的问题,并提出了相应的改进建议,对进一步完善卫生监督体系有指导意义。
In recent years, the issue of diet safety has become more and more prominent. Food poisoning incidents have occurred from time to time. The use of various food additives has become a hidden danger to food safety. With the introduction and improvement of health surveillance technology, the situation has changed. This article summarizes the practices and experiences of the Ministry of Health in carrying out health supervision work, finds out the existing problems and puts forward corresponding suggestions for improvement, which is of guiding significance to further improve the health supervision system.
