最近我厂从某钢厂购来一批φ15GCr15退火钢,入库抽样复验未发现问题。投入生产,在冲床下料工序,发现有一小部分钢材被冲床冲剪下来后基本上在一定部位开裂。钢材开裂部位都出现在冲床下料时的底部,大都在钢材直径的四分之三处,裂开深度约3~5mm,钢材直径断面见图1所示。开始时我们认为冲床的切料模有毛病,检查切料模,完整无损,再通过两支钢材的冲剪试验(一支出现开裂,一支不裂),模具没有毛病,而是材料本身质量有问题。我们把开裂与不开裂的两支钢材作了全面分析。宏观分析:
Recently I bought a number of factory from a steel mills φ15GCr15 annealed steel, storage sampling re-examination found no problem. Put into production, cutting process in the press, found that a small part of the steel punching punch cut basically rupture in certain parts. Cracking the steel parts appear at the bottom of the punch when the material, mostly in the three-fourths of the diameter of steel, cracking depth of about 3 ~ 5mm, steel diameter cross-section shown in Figure 1. At the beginning, we think that the punching die of punching machine is faulty, the punching die is inspected and cut intact, and then the punching shear test of two steel materials (one is cracked and one is not cracked), the die has no defects but the quality of the material itself has a problem.
