目的探讨早期喂养方式与辅食添加对婴儿血锌水平的影响,为进一步预防干预提供科学依据。方法调查2015年9月-2016年3月来该院进行系统体检的6~12月龄婴儿384名,对调查数据进行统计学分析。结果婴儿血锌水平随着年龄的增长而增长,但同年龄段不同喂养方式婴儿的血锌水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。谷类与鱼类辅食的添加时间对血锌水平的影响无统计学意义(P>0.05)。肉类与动物内脏类辅食的添加时间会影响血锌水平,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论辅食添加的种类与不同时间会对婴儿血锌水平造成不同的影响。
Objective To investigate the effects of early feeding and supplementary feeding on serum zinc levels in infants and provide a scientific basis for further preventive intervention. Methods A total of 384 infants from 6 to 12 months old from September 2015 to March 2016 were enrolled in this study. The survey data were analyzed statistically. Results The levels of blood zinc in infants increased with age, but there was no significant difference in blood zinc level among infants of the same age group (P> 0.05). Supplementation of cereals and fish supplement time had no significant effect on blood zinc level (P> 0.05). Meat and animal offal supplement time will affect the blood zinc levels, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01). Conclusions Supplementary dietary supplementation and different time will have different effects on infant zinc levels.
