本文报道了无外加氟施主的情况下采用聚四氯乙烯板面预电离,放电激发Xe/Ne混合气体,观察到了263nm、308nm、351nm、353nmXeF发射谱。研究了谱的时间特性,谱的脉宽达500ns,大于放电电流脉宽。
In this paper, Xe / Ne gas mixtures excited by polytetrachloroethylene plate pre-ionization and discharge were reported in the absence of fluoride donor, and the emission spectra of 263nm, 308nm, 351nm and 353nm were observed. The time characteristics of the spectra were studied. The spectral pulse width was 500ns, which was larger than the discharge current pulse width.
