为机械摩擦部件配套的密封橡胶零件,主要以回转和往复两种运动形式工作。回转运动摩擦部件的特性如下:在相互复盖系数等于1时发生摩擦,沿相对光滑的金属表面进行滑动;在橡胶金属偶件的摩擦区域内产生约1OO~200℃的高温。下述摩擦特性是摩擦过程的决定性参数:在一定试验条件下的磨损强度,摩擦力或摩擦系数和摩擦区域内的接触温度。往复运动的摩擦密封部件完全是另一类使用条件,其特点是摩擦体的复盖系数小,所以发热温度低,一般不超过2—5℃。因
