我矿副井JKM2.25×4B多绳摩擦轮提升机配套电控JKMK/J中原带有过速保护GSJ_2与3GSJ。GSJ_2为超速15%动作,用于保护全速段;3GSJ为超速10%动作,用于保护全速段及减速段,均使AC断开,实现紧急制动。分析超速原因,不外乎下放物料过重、动力制动因故障不能投入而制动力不足等。如果能在提升机超速10%以前就使可调闸自动贴闸,则既可避免继续超速,免于紧急制动,又可完成本次提升过程。一、超速自动贴闸原理可调闸磁放大器特性曲线如图1。闸把在全
