今年上半年,一场突如其来的“非典”疫情给我国的社会经济生活带来了巨大的冲击,但是在党中央、国务院的果断、正确领导下,全国人民一手抓抗击“非典”,一手抓经济建设,不但取得了抗击“非典”的胜利,而且使国民经济能够继续稳步增长。一季度我国国内生产总值同比增长9.9％,二季度增速有所回落,同比增长6.7％,但整个上半年的GDP同比增长8.2％,与去年同期相比增幅仍高出0.4％。
