目的本文旨在介绍放疗在眼睑和眼结膜流行性卡勃基氏肉瘤 (EKS)患者治疗中的有效性。 方法1 987年 1月～ 1 997年 6月法国巴黎十二大亨利蒙德尔医院肿瘤科对 36 2例眼睑和眼结膜的EKS患者进行了放疗。男性 35 6例 ,女性 6例 ,中位年龄 38岁 (2 7～ 6 4岁 )。放疗采用 45kvX线 ,放疗剂量 1 0～ 30Gy ,第 1周 1 0Gy ,2 .5Gy/次 ,4次 /周 ,休息 1周后再行第二阶段放疗 ,追加剂量 1 0～ 2 0Gy。 结果完全缓解率达 1 0 0 %。眼部重度反应 1 4人(3.9% ) ,中度反应 76人 (2 1 % ) ,轻度反应 2 72人 (75 .1 % )。 结论放疗对眼睑和眼结膜EKS是一种有效的治疗手段。 2 0Gy显露出肿瘤充分的缩小和良好的症状缓解率。
Purpose This paper aims to describe the effectiveness of radiotherapy in the treatment of eutopic and conjunctival endemic Kaposi’s sarcoma (EKS) patients. METHODS: From January 1987 to January 1997, 362 EKS patients with eyelid and conjunctiva were treated with oncology at the Henry Mondel Hospital Oncology, 12th Congress, Paris, France. There were 356 males and 6 females, with a median age of 38 years (27 to 64 years). Radiotherapy using 45kvX line, the dose of radiotherapy 10 ~ 30Gy, the first week 1 0Gy, 2.5Gy / time, 4 times / week, rest for 1 week and then the second stage of radiotherapy, the additional dose of 10 ~ 20Gy. The complete remission rate was 100%. Severe eye reactions were 14 (3.9%), moderate reactions were 76 (21%), and mild reactions were 72 (75.1%). Conclusion Radiotherapy is an effective treatment for eyelid and conjunctival EKS. 2 0Gy revealed a complete tumor reduction and good symptom response rate.
