1981年12月7～16日,在天津召开了首次全国农业科研管理学术讨论会。28个省、市、自治区农业厅(局)、农科院(所)及农业部直属研究单位、高等院校等共104名代表出席了会议。大会收到了118篇论文及工作报告。会议通过宣读论文、专题讨论,广泛地交流了搞好科研管理的种种学术观点和工作经验。针对当前农业科研管理工作中普遍性
December 1981 7-16, held in Tianjin, the first national agricultural scientific research management seminars. A total of 104 delegates from 28 provincial, municipal and autonomous regions, Agriculture Department (Bureau), Academy of Agricultural Sciences (Academies) and research units directly under the Ministry of Agriculture, colleges and universities attended the meeting. The conference received 118 papers and work reports.
