目的建立检测香烟主流烟雾多环芳烃(PAH)测定方法,评价吸烟对PAH作业工人职业危害。方法采用标准化吸烟机工作程序收集主流烟雾中的颗粒物,经二甲基甲酰胺溶液、异辛烷分步提取,硅胶柱净化,然后用高效液相色谱技术分离检测主流烟雾中PAH9个组分。结果在选定条件下,该方法具有良好的线性、精密度和准确度。应用于实际样品检测,20个品牌国产香烟主流烟雾中总PAH平均含量为714.8ng/支。结论本方法适合于检测香烟主流烟雾中PAH含量;建立了将香烟主流烟雾PAH含量换算为8h平均吸入浓度从而评价吸烟对PAH作业工人职业危害的影响。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of PAH in mainstream cigarette smoke and to evaluate the occupational hazards of smoking on PAH workers. Methods A standardized smoking machine was used to collect the particulate matter in the mainstream smoke. The mixture was fractionated by dimethylformamide, isooctane and purified by silica gel column. The components of PAH in mainstream smoke were separated and detected by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Results Under the selected conditions, this method has good linearity, precision and accuracy. Applied to the actual sample testing, 20 brands of mainstream cigarettes in the mainstream of total PAH average content of 714.8ng / support. Conclusion This method is suitable for detecting the content of PAH in mainstream cigarette smoke. The effect of smoking on the occupational hazards of PAH workers is evaluated by converting PAH content of cigarette mainstream smoke into 8h mean inhalation concentration.
