本文以正常儿童为对照,观察antiCD_3刺激不同培养的川崎病(KD)患者外周血淋巴细胞形态学改变和DNA片断分析。结果显示正常儿童外周血淋巴细胞培养24小时可出现典型凋亡细胞形态和180~200bpDNA片断改变,KD患者需72小时才出现相应改变,KD患者外周血淋巴细胞培养24、48小时凋亡阳性细胞百分率较正常对照低(P<0.001)。结果提示急性期KD患者外周血淋巴细胞凋亡发生存在延迟,推测其发病可能与此有关。
In this paper, normal children as a control, observed antiCD_3 stimulation of Kawasaki disease (KD) patients with different culture of peripheral blood lymphocyte morphology and DNA fragment analysis. The results showed that typical apoptotic cell morphology and 180 ~ 200bp DNA fragment changes can occur in normal children’s peripheral blood lymphocytes cultured for 24 hours. KD patients need 72 hours to appear corresponding changes, KD patients with peripheral blood lymphocytes cultured for 24,48 hours apoptotic cells Percentage lower than normal control (P <0.001). The results suggest that there is a delay in the apoptosis of peripheral blood lymphocytes in patients with acute KD, suggesting that the pathogenesis may be related to this.
